Did you ear of the new piratebay announced smartphone mobile program called heml.is for really crypted private chat program? Theoretically announced as something that prism cant' intercept. Well it's partially marketing I know, but the question is different.
What's the difference with OTR .. it seems more or less the same structure: decyphering on the end terminals.And OTR is already a more or less semi-standard plugin existing for different clients and for many existing IM protocols..
