Considering it had been 3 years since the last update of the CHM file version of the entire forum, it seemed time for an update. Link is at the usual place at the bottom of the forum main page under Some Useful Places:

I find that the Search results for the chmfile superior in many ways to searching on the vBulletin limited keyword indexed forum itself, so it's useful for that at the very least.
