Intel as risc?

Interesting low-level stuff, operating system related issues, packer/vx acrobatics, drivers and non-newbie programming in general, including win32 assembly and whatever else.

Intel as risc?

Post by Hero »

Hi guys

As probably a lot of you already know, intel processors has a base risc instruction set and normal complex cisc instructions are mapped to them in processor.
I want to know if anybody has ever seen any method to code with risc instruction set directly or not?

I should look out my posts,Or JMI will get mad at me! ;)

No can do, unless you work for Intel and get the evil eye every day from burly security men blocking access to the microcode lab.
