    CPU disassembler Code vs Executable

    What is the difference betweem the code in the CPU disassembler Window and the code in the Executable File
    (viewed by right clicking in disassembler Window and choosing
    View==>Executable File.)
    I promise that I have read the FAQ and tried to use the Search to answer my question.
