    Hello,

Hmmm...I tried to download the file but a small iexplorer window opens in blank. If I make "Save as", it stays waiting for ever

How can I download it? I turned off GetRight download manager also.

    Thanks.

    Hi
    Please look at this thread:
    http://forum.exetools.com/showthread.php?t=7784
There shows a very simpler way to find 2nd Layer OEP.

    Hero,

You point out some interesting observations proving once again that there is more than one way to skin a cat. Hobferret, in your thread reference, also points out that there is more than one way to modify the program to continue execution. Thanks both for your comments.

I am not sure why you had trouble dumping / running the target application if you used the options I had shown for LordPE and rebuilt the IAT as also shown using Imprec. One other point, the target application could have expired, and you still could have (using the tutorial) successfully unpacked and fixed the target. The Browser screen is only a stopping point to find and set our HWBPE so your point about "these ways only works BEFORE your trial expires" is untrue and in my view, misinformation, proving that many people really don't understand this protection system and why Tutorials do have relevance.

    Best regards,

    condzero
