    visual softice Vs. Softice

i wanted to know if i can use visual softice on a local machine under xp pro os and if so can it work as well as the old softice.
I promise that I have read the FAQ and tried to use the Search to answer my question.

    Howdy,

I am wondering why you ask these questions.
Do not the answers at the C****ware site satisfy you ?

Seems you didn't take Woodmann's hint. Go to the vendor's site and read what they say about using VSI, or perhaps you could do something really desparate, like reading the manual. There is both a user's guide and a reference for VSI, and/or maybe actually try using the search button at the top of the Forums and entering "visual softice."

Here's another really big hint: VSI does not work on just a single machine, unless you have a second, virtual machine also running.

    Regards,
    JMI
