Maybe they'll let us pay per breakpoint set in th efuture ;-)
I promise that I have read the FAQ and tried to use the Search to answer my question.

but they cannot patent something that is not new!! It is a common practice from a life!!

Everyone and his brother has used such type of breakpoint!

    _oh my god_

can someone lend me enough words to comment this?!?!?!

    Here ya go:

BTW, this patent has not been issued as far as I can tell.

After poking around the US patent office for a while, there are a few patents for such silliness. Just type in breakpoint or whatever you desire.

OK. I'll join the fun and patent "Heaven & Hell." And I'll also patent the process which determines to which of "my other two patents" you all are going to be assigned!

Then we start the lawsuits against all those "other folks" who are attempting to "infringe" on our "patents."

I have patented the word "patent" and its derivatives.
I have also tried to patented the alphabet, but they told me some millions allready applied for that
