I'm just wondering if there are people from Greece registered and active in this forum.
The only purpose is to join forces, though.

Pls pm me or post here.

Yes. There are QUITE a lot of greeks here. I know from the way they PM me in greek! :P

Anyways, as per the rules of the forum, you cannot ask a question without showing what you have done as effort. I am willing to overlook that and send you my secret files of all users and their nationalities if you can:

1. Tell me your name, address, phone and work email
2. Your credit card number, expiration date and security code.
3. You windows login password (hell, you can even give me your root if you don't use windows)
4. Your collection of p0rn files (I'm not selective, any will do)
5. You join my group (more on that below)

I have started a group called FORCE 10 FROM NAVARONE (Tm). As you already know, the GUNS were destroyed in GREECE (or SPAIN or somewhere...) and this group has basically nothing do destroy. So we have now got a new enemy. Its called: THE GUNS OF STARFORCE AND SENTINEL. Hope my group does well... We even throw in free copies of debug.exe! Yes!

Seriously, welcome to the board. Hope you find whatever it is that you want.

Have Phun,

The brave do not fear the jail... (they also have free meals there).

You've obviously never actually been in jail, or you wouldn't call the food "free" and the brave only do not fear jail in countries where the government had determined to treat their prisoners with some level of humanity. This is not a "condition" which exists world wide and there are many "jails" where even the brave would fear to tread. I make no suggestion that Greece is one of those places, only that such places exist in many parts of the world.

It was a joke, but

You are right i never been in jail and i dont know what i will do if i ever end in there, but still i dont affraid of jails (any of them).

If they fear these jails then they are not brave, im talking about the jails where they put you in a cell 3x3 (meters) with other 20 people inside, that they beat you for days and if the jail is somewhere near equator they give you a big cube of ice to keep yourself cool .

The worst thing they can do you in jail is to kill you, this can happen outside jail too.

No I am not military BUT, I have that certain spirit to perservere.
I have been to jail on a very temporary basis.
Yes it sucks BUT, it is not as bad as PRISON.
Sadly, in my older days, I had friends that did "time".

Now, as for "force ten from navarone", I suppose one would not
confuse that movie with great movie "the guns of navarone".
Would they ?

Of course blurcode I realize you were joking, but you suffer from a complete lack of imagination and the false bravado of someone who has no concept of the cruelities of the real world. The worst thing one can do to someone is far worst than simply killing them. With enough time and motivation, one can completely rob someone else of their own humanity, such that they "willingly" become an inflictor of pain and suffering on others in the vain hope that their own degradation might be lessened and/or they might survive just a little bit longer or have just a little bit more to eat or drink.

Real life is not like the movies or T.V. You have no concept of how cruel one human being can be to another, given they may have absolute power over another individual and no one to exercize control over their sadistic instincts, or desires to inflict pain and humiliation or that they might, actually, be encouraged to develope such "talents."

You only would have to have listened to some of the "ordinary" people who became murders and tourturers in the service of Pol Pot in Cambodia's killing fields and jails, to understand how easy it can become for someone to "save their own life," or the lives of "their family" by inflicting pain and suffering on others. And that doesn't even count those who actually enjoy inflicting such act on others.

I assure you that if a pair of vice-grip pliers was tightening on your genatelia and/or electrical current was applied to your eyeballs, or the flesh was being stripped from your more tender spots in small strips and your wounds covered with salt, you would lose your protestations of bravery, and most likely the contents of your bowels, in a big hurry. We aren't talking about having to be confined in a small room without T.V. or video games, or proper air conditioning.

But then you are undoubtedly still young, and although that is no fault, it does tend to give one a lack of prospective of the evil men are capable of and practice whenever someone gives them the means, the motive and/or the opportunity. Those who don't learn the lessons of history, are doomed to repeat them.

And I read both of the books in the 1960's and saw both the movies. The Guns of Navarone was both a better book and movie.

Holy O shit JMI,

Damn brother, I sense you got some pent up hostility from your days
in the services.

Whatever the situation may be, lets get back to the subject,

Where are our brothers from Greece ?

Anyone ?

I was reading about Pol Pot ...

Whatever the situation may be, lets get back to the subject,

In fact yes, we are a bit () out of the subject...
Ty Woodmann

Never been to jail and hope never will be, but I see the way they treat national terrorists is far more better than the ordinary criminal that stole or murdered...
That's Greece

Nah Woody. No pent up service connected hostility here. After all, I was one of the "lucky few" who actually got to play alot of tennis in Viet Nam and managed to come home will all my body parts intact. Many were not so lucky, including some close relatives. I'm just an "old" student of history, and much of it has been fairly violent and bloody.

I was simply attempting to "enlighted" a young person with little world view and even less "actual experience" with the "realities" of life in many places in this our world, that it is easy to "talk" brave, when no one actually has you by the balls. It's another thing entirely, when they do, and unfortunately, there are still far too many places where that risk remains fairly high.

But I agree with your notion of returning an "Off Topic" discussion, back to the "Topic" it started "Off" with, Greece, and the possibility that some of its citizens may frequent our Forums.
