Need website or link that will let me download HideDebugger

ive tryed tons of links and searched of google for this plugin but have had no luck? im trying to bypass a protection system but really dont know how..
if you have any info. on how to, or you have and website links please post them..i have isdebuggerpresent but im not sure what it does or how to use it
