how to view registers?

How can I view the registers in ollydbg? I looked at all the menus and searched google but cannot find out how.

when the haze before your eyes has settled down in the top left corner

Or, if you mean view their contents, then right-click the data next to the register (in the Registers window..) and select 'Follow in dump'
