Are Alt+; and Alt+: valid keyboard shortcuts for a plugin?

My plugin can't seem to recognize Alt+; and Alt+: keyboard shortcuts. Is this a known limitation of ollydbg?

ODBG_Pluginshortcut is working fine for me with Alt+1, Alt+2, etc.

Apparently you have to use virtual key codes. For example, the ; key is VK_OEM_1 or the value 186.
