WDASM page faults with large files?

WDASM page faults every time I try to disassemble systat.exe. The program is just over 3MB, and I'm wondering if WDASM has a problem with large files. IDA disassembles the program with no problem. Has anyone else had trouble disassembling large files with WDASM?

I have a patch for W32Dasm, not sure it's the same problem you have. The .nfo says :
"..This patch will fix that annoying bug which occur when you close w32dsm and you've loaded a big file. EXE-files over >1mb.."
