Obviously new to this.

Is there an option in ollydbg to create a program to patch just certain lines of a program (lets call it cool.exe) , so you wouldn't need to distribute the certain excutable (cool.exe). Instead I could disrubte a program (call it cool-patch.exe) with a smaller filesize. I want to do this to keep bandwidth down, so the users wouldn't need to download the hole program (cool.exe) again, they could just download cool-patch.exe with a smaller filesize, then excute the patch program, cool-patch.exe, and it would just patch the sertain lines I need to change in cool.exe

Thanks

Yes there are.
If you bothered searching Google you would soon find out that there are a lot of such patch creators. I suggest you try searching for information yourself before coming to a forum and asking off-topic questions.

If you bothered to take the stick out of your ass, you would find it a lot easier to give at least one example program, to point a direction to. Although I have found one it would be nice if someone could mention the most popular/advanced features.

Lord_Looser: you are far to generous. =) There are people who never learn to do anything themselves because others do it for them.

shivia: Instead of concerning yourself with the health of my behind you could enter "executable patch creators" into the Google search box you would get a relevant link as the second hit...

I think I must put that image with Bart writing on table:
"I will use google before asking dumb questions. I will use google ..."

image search on google (http://images.google.com/images?q=i%20will%20use%20google%20before%20asking%20dumb%20questions&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wi)
