ESTI / ESTO / DEBUGGING OPTIONS

Can somebody explain me the difference between ESTI and ESTO?

2.
Is it possible to change DEBUGGING OPTIONS (regarding to check/uncheck exceptions) using ollyscript? Any possibilities?

ESTI - Step into SEH handler (Shift-F7)
ESTO - Step over SEH handler (Shift-F9)

Not at the moment, maybe in the next version
