Debug an EXE on behalf of other users

Hi, I'm having trouble debugging a game. Is that possible/How can I execute a file using a different user. I use WinXP, so I basically want the game to load in a different desktop. This way I can see the screen at the resolution and color palette I work on.

You must have secound monitor to display a game running on and debuger run on a first monitor .
