i have download the OllDbg1.09b and ollydump.dll,place the ollydump.dll in the folder of OllDbg1.09b,
now,how can i use dumping?
i need the details for dump,can you help me? i'm new for Olldbg!!!

Plugins menu -> Ollydump -> Dump debugged process.

Best to make sure your on the OEP before doing so however, and that the protected program isn't segmented (eg. Armadillo).
