there are 3 ways i know of.
1. numega/ms ('official'): go to the MS DDK download page and get the WME DDK which has the debug version of io.sys plus read the numega site for details.
2. use wmldr (at icedump.tsx.org), comes with install doc.
3. use MFD's patch to boot into command.com and run winice from command line (or maybe autoexec.bat works too, i never tried this myself).
