msi decompiler

I would like to decompile an installshield package file (extension .msi). Is this possible? Is there any program to do this ?

I never searched for this, but it's more easy to trace with softice
than installshield. Those msi's looks like small libraries of code as far
as I remember, installshield is interpreted.
