how do i comment on files? it would probably help me a LOT. i am having a lot of trouble cracking anything because i get lost in the code. im using trw 1.23, w32dasm 8.7/ida 4.15 and hiew if it helps at all.

In Ida you can press Shift+; or alternatively select Edit|Comments|Enter Comments. I'm not sure about W32Dasm, I think you could probably edit the *.Alf file in a text editor if you save your project. I don't have trw 1.23 either.

In OllyDbg, you press ; and enter comment. Comments are retained between sessions.
