Newbie needs help with first program...

Heya guys,

Well, I am trying to crack Codewright 6.5b, using softice and some old codewright tutorials (5.1 and earlier), but, I have yet been able to figure it out.
If anyone could help me out with an updated tutorial, and a tutorial for newbies to Softice, and/or ASM, I would be most appreciative...

If you really intend to learn reversing.. don't start with a $299 and 15MB application...
especially not when you need SoftIce and ASM tuts.
