Put the cursor where you want to,backspace and edit

No I can't ! The only one I can do is moving cursor .

click the Edit menu,strings,acsii.....

You do realize you have posted is a 6 year old Thread and the options for IDA may have changed in the mean time!

Well there are some ways of editing if someone needs em /
