The attachment.php files from the "old" server are installed and appear to be working correctly. After further review, the problem was that the "file_upload" permission in the php.ini file was set to Off, rather than "On." It should work once the Apache server is restarted. I probably can do that, but am reluctant to do that on my own. I'm sending an e-mail to Woodmann about the issue.

Hello our Musician Friend:

I'm not an admin on the YaBB Board and have no access to the necessary panels to make Admin changes, But I'll pass your suggestions on to Woodmann. I have only visited there a couple of time and could never successfully register.

I have downloaded a copy of that Board, however, and will attempt to rescue the very few informative posts into vBulletin, even if I have to simply copy and paste them into a thread. I will not be able, unless I manipulate the database directly, to credit those poster's accounts here in vB, but it should be easy to get the information posted. I am assuming that Woodmann will simply turn that Board off soon, but we haven't discussed the issue and it's his decision. I don't think changing parameters in the AdminCP requires a reboot of the server.
