SoftIce Prob...

I installed SoftIce on meh machine and its ok...When I need it ctrl+D works fine...But funny thing is When I play games (RTCW Q2 etc.) SoftIce pops up in debug screen and in 9:10 times I need to Reboot...

Is there a way to turn this thing off so that SI is put to use when I really need it?

Only load SoftIce when needed (Rule #1)
Use faults off (Rule #2)
Don't eat the yellow snow (Rule #3)

the game may be detecting the ice.

Why don't you disable the ICE whenever you want to play a game?
