Actually a tutorial of SI,Wdasm etc.. is called a manual

Wdasm for example has a Help Option in the Menu, if you check that one out you will find a complete Tutorial how to use it.

For SI.. it's the SoftIce command reference/Using SoftIce.. get it here:

actualy the icedump does come with a manual its the doc file usaly in the [drive letter]:\[path installed icedump]\[w9x in my case]\doc\icedump6.txt

JC was simply trying to give you a lesson in effectivr searching. he gave you a good clue to use if you knew how to run search engines. go to google, type in "www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Ridge/1237/ " (with the quotes) and check out the 2nd & 3rd results as a matter of fact #3 has the words softice command reference right in the description. Hehe....as a matter of fact, assuming the author of the main page is in fact the same person that uploaded the indirect pages.....you now know the real name of a cracker, although at this stage we don't know which cracker.
