This file is in Windows95 Resource Kit, can be found in Windows95 CD:
\admin\reskit\helpfile\win95rk.hlp

I have searched Microsoft site & other search engines, but no luck
The latest MSDN (2000/10/11) contains no such file?
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

The file size of win95rk.hlp (Windows 95 Resource Kit help file) is about 2.9 MB. I've zipped it to 2.25 MB and sent it to you a few min ago.
If, from any reason you can't get it thru e-mail, write to me and i'll uploade it someware so you can download it from there..
