Been a long time, just wanted to say hi to everyone
on this forum. Glad to see everything is still the
way it was, or actually, much more complicated.
Damn guys, what has been going on here in the
past year ??

Hi Lord_Soth,

Nice to see you here.
What has been going on in here?
All kinds of things. Have you checked out the cryptography forum ?

Peace, Woodmann

Just glanced for a few seconds..

Crypto is a tough topic. Algos become better and
better, and you know what, even the implementations
of them become better, which makes them less and
less interesting, at least for me...

Like crypto is used in securing systems, and hackers
learn to bypass it if possible, because frankly
they can't do anything about it.
Ain't mathematics sucks ??

Greetings Lord_Soth!

Nice to see that you're back on the board!
About Crypto:
True, since factorization of a secure cryptosystem is
vey hard, the best way to obtain a successful attack
is to find an insecure implementation.
Even though factorization is hard, I find cryptographics
very interesting and to be a must know...

Yeah, more likely a RL crash tsehp..

I've been working+studying more than anything lately.
Now that the cutbacks in the hi-tech businesses are felt
all over the globe, i found myself without a real job hehe
Damn, I've almost completed a full featured ESMTP
mail relayer for linux, with a Java GUI no less.
Darnit..

In any case, I've got a bit more time nowadays so I'm
trying to catch up on what's going on in the scene.

And btw, I've DSL now, my modem has been fired :-)

Nice to see some of the old folks come back while I hate the reason. I hope that you'll find a better job.
Again, welcome back.
