Can someone tell me how type of protection is applied on solid edge version 9?
There is a tutorial for this?

SolidEdge uses flexLM - i think there is a tuturial someone on fravias on howto crack it, but its not too hard. I have only had the oppertunity to look at SE8 and UG16 from UGS though.
