This process can't be dumped!

Hi ya all!

I have a procdump/Vbox 4.3 problem.

I tried to crack "F-Secure Antivirus v4.09"
for win 95/98. I made a jmp over the iat cryption and then a "jmp eip" at "jmp ebx",
but when I selected the task in procdump and
tried to make a dump it said:

"This process can't be dumped!!"

Please give me some hints.

Hi zampt,

Have you tried to use the "Partial Dump" instead of the "Full Dump" ?
Most of the time that works better

Or you can use icedump's function /pedump , very powerfull.
