The setup program of this package uses SETUP.INX, not SETUP.INS.
I don't know the difference between *.INX and *.INS. Is there any tool to unpack it. WisDec or
other don't work.

Readme is in Japanese, but program itself is in english.
There's even a possibility to debug decompiled scripts.
