Oh it's quite real.

But, you will have to work very hard and very odd hours to accomplish such things.
Oh, you will also need a shitload of luck.

The Don knows, he has played with such things to see exactly the odds of actually winning
something of value for short money.

Cheap things you will get all day for mere pennies.
