softice problem

Hi Everyone,
I have installed the Numega SoftICE Driver Suite and everytime I click on Start SoftICE, the command prompt screen comes up for less than a second and then its gone. Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Thanks in advance for your help.

Nothing wrong with that. Just press Ctrl-D (incase you havent set your own hotkey for activating Softice) and Softice should pop out.
