I need to run softice on windows xp sp2 without the hassles of crashing and so .., any one can help please ??

My guess is that there will never be such a SoftIce version, unless the old SP2 compatible final patch will work directly out of the box...

Do a search for Driver Studio 3.2 (NT ice is part of it) There is a link from a post on this site or Google it.
Then do a search for how to set it up. (settings Driver Studio 3.2)
All the info is on this site but it works better on some machines than others.
