This one apparently does, according to the AccessColor online tool for color contrast.

Go to this link and enter your website for testing.

AccessColor tests the color contrast and color brightness between the foreground and background of all elements in the DOM to make sure that the contrast is high enough for people with visual impairments.

So, should we work on the vBulletin css scripts to help visually impaired reversers or those blinded by too many hours in Softice?

I don't feel too bad though, the Microsoft site rated even worse..

Of course they do, I would be worried if they tested better.

Given the fact that these guys are selling stuff, snake oil perhaps, perhaps the perfect Website picture, I dunno. . .

I would challenge any one to come up with a web site addy that gets good ratings. . . PERFECT ratings

Howdy,

I have tried numerous times to come up with something witty to say but alas, I have nothing.

So we suck, I can only hope we can become the suckiest site as far as those at accesskeys are concerned.

Far be it for me to bash on those who cant see their computer screen.

Then again.....

If you cant see the screen, whats the fucking problem?
How will they know this site sucks?

Oh I know, accesskeys is a group of.........errrrr, nevermind,
If I keep typing I am sure to piss off way more people .

Luv's ya's, Woodmann

Perhaps it is just a recognition of the fairly large percentage of males who have some degree or other of color vision deficiency. Some estimates are that as many as 10 million American men can not distinguish red from green at all and a significantly large number of additional males have some color deficiency, short of complete color blindness.

I am among the group which has some color deficiency, but am quite able to see colors, I just don't see exactly the same shades others, without the deficiency, may see. I don't have any problems with our Forum colors, but do have some problems with lighter shades of red with light colored writing inside. I tend not to do well with some of those colorblind test kits with the various colored dots concealing something in the pattern.
